Voucherul meu original achiziționat pentru 3 persoane dus-întors în orașul München a fost scanat de șofer care a spus că nu este valabil! Chiar a spus valabil până în martie 2027. A trebuit să recumpăr un alt voucher pentru o călătorie dus-întors pentru 3 persoane! Aș dori o rambursare pentru voucherul meu original dus-întors care a fost bun, dar citit ca fiind invalid. Din cauza unui incendiu pe linia S1, am cumpărat 2 bilete Lufthansa Express în München de pe telefonul mobil în timp ce stăteam la coadă pentru autobuz și, când am ajuns la ușa autobuzului, șoferul a refuzat să ne lase să urcăm, afirmând că autobuzul era plin, când era clar că nu era și a închis ușile. Joi, 10 aprilie, la aproximativ 8.45 Comportament rușinos din partea șoferului și fără nicio explicație. A trebuit să luăm un taxi la un cost de 105 € sau să pierdem zborul
