Excursia noastră la Atena a fost absolut minunată. Singurul motiv pentru care nu i-am dat note maxime a fost din cauza organizării dezordonate pentru persoanele cu handicap. Distanța dintre stațiile de taxi și buggies la lift a fost prea departe pentru oricine cu probleme de mers pe jos pentru a realiza și chiar dacă unul a avut acces la un scaun cu rotile este o pantă abruptă pe marmură alunecoasă frumos. Accesul persoanelor cu handicap la minunatul Muzeu Național Arheologic a fost din nou dificil între taxi și ușă. Trebuie să, msay că toată lumea cu care am venit în contact a fost bun și de ajutor.Susan

Am ajuns pentru deschiderea timpurie pentru 9am și a fost capabil să intre de la 8:45 atât de bucuros că am făcut acest lucru ca de timp am fost gata să facă drumul nostru în jos au fost o mulțime de oameni pe drumul în sus. Deci, mulțumit că am făcut călătoria pentru a merge în jurul valorii de și a vedea ce a mers înainte de noi.

Rezervat un slot devreme la 9am și a fost frumos pentru a ajunge acolo înainte de mulțimi, fără coadă. A fost destul de rece pentru a se bucura de site-uri, chiar dacă a fost o zi însorită. A fost obtinerea ocupat ca am plecat ca autocarele au fost sosirea. Mult mai ușor sub picioare decât atunci când am vizitat ultima dată peste 40 de ani în urmă.

Acropolis & Parthenon
The Acropolis is a stunning Athenian temple complex located on a rocky outcrop above the city. Stop by the ruins of legendary structures like the Propylaea, the entrance to the ancient temple of Parthenon. With your audio guide in 3 languages, wander across the once-sacred halls of Athena Nike and the Erechtheion. The Odeon of Herodes Atticus will leave you in awe. This large amphitheater was built in AD 161 by wealthy Roman Herodes Atticus in memory of his wife Regilla and is still used today for music festivals.
