Totul a mers foarte bine. Am fost un pic îngrijorat pentru că nu eram familiarizat cu acest site și citisem într-o recenzie că biletele vândute nu erau valabile. În realitate, trebuie doar să urmați instrucțiunile și să mergeți să ridicați biletele fizice de la un magazin de lângă San Marco, unde vă dau bilete cu un cod QR pe care îl scanați apoi la turnichete și funcționează perfect. Ghidul audio trebuie descărcat pe telefon. Sfatul este să îl descărcați în afara San Marco deoarece nu se preia în interior și nu îl puteți folosi.
