Important Information

• The audio guide is available in English, Spanish, French, Italian & German.

• Child seats for children up to 20 kg are available upon request, for free. The minimum height to ride an e-bike is 140cm.

• Children aged 9 and above can ride on an appropriately sized bike independently, provided that they are 140cm and above.

• Infants aged 1-4 years traveling on a child seat, up to 55lbs or 25 kg, will be allowed free of charge.

• At the ticket redemption point (the ticketing office), you'll be assisted with downloading the audio guide.

• This tour is not wheelchair accessible.

• Daily: 10am & 3pm

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.

• Address: Piazza d'Aracoeli, 16, 00186 Roma RM, Italy.

• Landmark: The Touristation Aracoeli office is not close to the Colosseum entrance but is near Piazza Venezia. A small fountain is in front of the office with signs and orange flags
