Ci sono stati un po' di problemi alle casse, non riuscivano a scannerizzarmi i biglietti, probabilmente per la poca esperienza del personale. Mi sono diretto all'ufficio informazioni w fortunatamente in 5 minuti si è risolto tutto. Il biglietto di Headout è stato pratico, facile ed economico. Consiglio acquisto.

The ticket process worked well. The on site staff were friendly and helpful. All the sights were amazing with descriptive information in English as well as italian.

Not to be missed experience of the Ravenna mosaics. Stunning. The ticket gives you entrance to 5 venues. You need when booking to note that two of the venues are only small and therefore you have a timed ticket for these two. We had early times but at the ticket office at the Basilica di San Vitale, we were able to change the times for later ones - no problem.
