A fost ușor să aranjați și să colectați biletele și totul a fost fezabil în timpul de care aveam nevoie. Cu toate acestea, arena a fost închisă și acest lucru nu a fost ușor făcut cunoscut whcih a fost o rușine și ar fi putut afecta achiziția noastră (am fi evaluat-o "minunat" dacă ar fi avut mai multe informații actualizate despre ceea ce ați fost obtinerea incluse în biletul dvs.

Ei bine, ai fi putut avea date care au fost de fapt disponibile pentru a rezerva mai degrabă decât să mă lovească pentru 58 de euro doar pentru a afla locul a fost închis, care a fost foarte slab. Îmi pare rău, dar nu am ajuns să experimenteze oricare dintre locurile ca am rătăcit biletul meu, cred că a căzut din buzunar când am fost obtinerea harta afară. Mă tem că chatbot-ul a fost inutil. Se tot învârtea în cercuri. Așa că am sunat Headout și am vorbit cu Brian, care inițial a fost foarte util și a trimis prin e-mail din nou pentru mine pentru a obține un alt bilet. Personalul Verona Tourist Info a fost excelent și foarte util, au explicat Headout ar trebui să anuleze rezervarea inițială, în scopul de a da-mi un nou număr de referință și, prin urmare, permite-mi să obțineți un bilet de înlocuire. Verona Arena: Subject to closure, or limited hours during winter months. Check before your visit: Arena Schedule.

Juliet's House: To enter the monument it is mandatory to make a reservation at Juliet's House.

Entry to the attractions is subject to closure or modification in the event of strikes, holidays, shows, or other reasons outside the organizers' control.
