A fost un spectacol minunat! Serviciul de bilete a fost, de asemenea, grozav. Suntem din Olanda, și a fost frumos să știm că aveam bilete în buzunar înainte de a ajunge.

Spectacolul MJ a fost uimitor, locuri grozave prea. Experiența a fost pătată de faptul că nu am primit biletele până cu 2 ore înainte de începerea spectacolului. Serviciul Clienți a continuat să spună că biletele vor fi cu mine într-o zi/12 ore/30mins/15mins etc și ei nu au venit prin intermediul până chiar înainte de spectacol, care a cauzat o mulțime de stres și anxietate. A trebuit să contactez serviciile pentru clienți de 4 ori pentru a urmări biletele.
