Amboise a fost foarte cool, mult mai mic și mai primitor, cu mai mult în ceea ce privește povestirea istorică în exponate în comparație cu Chambord, și unele vederi excepționale ale Loarei; dar orașul ar putea fi chiar mai bun decât castelul.
