Cina cea de Taină (Milano)

It was wonderful! I saw a lot of the city. I wanted to see something exciting and the Last Supper was unforgettable! The guide was very knowledgeable!

The ticketing experience was easy, purchased ticket online. Was able to locate check-in point fairly easily once I arrived to Piazza de Santa Maria delle Grazie. The tour guide provided good information. The beginning of the tour was a bit too slow after seeing The Last Supper, we had a brief toilet break that lasted too long in my opinion, the pace of the tour improved after that. As I mentioned before the guide was very informative and I learned a lot.

Silvia, our guide was simply Awesome!!!! I don't think we could of asked for a better guide nor experience. You can tell she enjoys what she does and that reflects in her delivery. If you are looking for one tour while in Milan, look no further. This tour takes the cake and the candles not to mention, it finishes with a "Bang" with "The Last Supper."

Tour guide Ms Sylvia was knowledgeable and considerate throughout the tour. She explained the details of the history of Milan with lots of enthusiasm. She also gave time for us to absorb the beauty on our own.

Ceea ce ne-a plăcut la această experiență a fost ghidul. Ea a fost excelentă. Am fost la mai multe tururi pentru a vedea Da Vinci - dar această doamnă a fost cea mai bună. Ea chiar ar trebui să fie lăudată pentru modul în care a readus frescele la viață. Ceea ce nu mi-a plăcut sau nu am apreciat deloc a fost faptul că, atunci când am ajuns, i-am explicat foarte politicos că unul dintre prietenii noștri nu a putut să vină pentru că au coborât cu covid, răspunsul ei a fost scurt, curt și nepoliticos, spunând pur și simplu că nu se putea face nimic. Dar când fratele meu a apărut și a făcut mare tam-tam, spunând că este într-adevăr o politică ridicolă să nu poți transfera numele, ea a reacționat imediat și politica a fost schimbată. Cred că trebuie să reconsiderați această politică, deoarece biletele sunt atât de scumpe și suntem ființe umane care se pot îmbolnăvi în orice moment. Vă mulțumim.

Totul a fost bine organizat și comunicat. Bilete trimise prompt, indicații clare pentru punctul de întâlnire, ghid bine competent, detaliat și util care vorbește engleza. Vă mulțumim.
