What's not allowed

• Cards are personal and non-transferable.

• If the card gets stolen or lost, you cannot avail of any refund or replacement.

• Public transport is not included in your tickets.

• The card is valid for 1 day (24 hours), counting from the date and time to be written on the card, valid for 2 days (48 hours), and so on.
