Learn about traditions and secret ingredients from your professional chef and foodie guide. They will introduce you to seasonal and fresh produce and you'll prepare different items depending on the season. During summer, make a fritto alla romana, while winter classes will have you preparing the famous artichoke dish, carciofi alla giudìa.
