Alle reservaties via de aangekochte tickets (treintickets, kabeltrein, bezoeken ter plaatse en terugreis) klopten als een bus. Ook het reisschema en de bijbehorende uitleg en informatie waren volledig en dus heel nuttig. Het enige puntje wat ons zorgen baarde was het wekenlang wachten op de tickets. We boekten weliswaar vrij vroeg en kregen onmiddellijk de boekingsbevestiging met boekingsnummer maar voor de ticktes hebben we uiteindelijk een week voor ons vertrek u zelf moeten contacteren via chat omdat de tickets op zich lieten wachten. De persoon aan de chat heeft ons onmiddellijk goed geholpen om de tickets te kunnen downloaden.
Tot slot, organisatorisch klopte wel alles waardoor we een zeer goed gevoel overhouden aan ons bezoek aan Montserrat.

The booking experience was very good and the excursion was an excellent value! Isabele, our tour guide was very informative, charming and funny; the only clarification needed in the description is that the train down runs on the weekends only and during the week, the way down is via gondola.

Billed as half day and it just squeezed into that at 4.5 hours but it felt a little rushed. But guide Sandra was excellent, funny and good English. Why the Monastery cannot implement a better queueing system is a mystery as they plenty of experience, but that's not the tour company fault.

The app is great. It's easy and there is plenty of information such as where to meet and how to get there. Guides are friendly and eager. Last guide seemed to talk way too fast and seemed to cross over from English to Spanish and back again. It's just too much to process when unaccustomed to the language. All other guides were very good.

Absolutely loved Montserrat! I'm so glad I booked, it was one of my trip highlights! Right amount of time and our guide was very informative.

El horario quedó un poco corto considerando que llegamos un poco después de las 11 de la mañana y la salida era a las seis 30, pues el parque cerrado a esa hora. Había que hacer mucha cola para los juegos, alrededor de una hora 45 o una hora y media. Entonces en realidad pudimos subirnos a pocos juegos. El parque tuvo mucha afluencia ese día. Por lo demás muy bien el servicio de transporte muy cómodo y los horarios se cumplieron tal cual se ofrecieron.
