Choose from three different tour options depending on whether you want to include the option of pick-up, or how big you want your tour group size to be. Your day will begin with a tour of the city which includes popular sights like the Reunification Palace where time has stood still since the arrival of the first Communist tanks which triggered the fall of the city, and the iconic Notre Dame Cathedral displaying distinct neo-Romanesque features, of which the towering twin bell towers constitute a sight to behold. Afterward, you will be taken to the Central Post Office, a beautiful remnant of Vietnam’s complicated past, and the War Remnants Museum which offers an in-depth look into how war has molded modern Vietnam.
After exploring these attractions which serve as a time capsule, you will break for lunch at a local restaurant before making way to Cu Chi Tunnels. Tour the extensive labyrinth of underground tunnels that stretch all the way to the Cambodian border. The former home to thousands of Viet Cong guerrillas, this complicated structure is made up of numerous trenches, bunkers, booby traps, bomb shelters, and an amazing air ventilation system. Crawl through the tight tunnels, walk around the subterranean village, and learn more about the Vietnam-American war before being transferred back into the city.
