Once we figured out how to connect the ear buds it was great. Little hard to figure out but luckily I could see someone that was connected and I figured out where the plug was (underneath the box)
What I didn't like was several busses ended their route before we were expecting them to, and we had to change busses, even though we needed only one more stop to change to the uptown route.

The ticketing was seemless. The ride was fantastic. Lunch at Casa Bella in Little Italey was great. I highly recommend Hop On/Hop Off. A great way to see NYC

Very easy to book. Nice to see the city highlights. You can hop off at each highlight. The information you get is very amusing, sometimes it could me a little bit more informing for me.

The all day pass for both uptown and downtown the commentary was great but on a downtown commentary was intermittent and went around second time and got off were I wanted excellent service hardly waited for transport thank you
