Obținerea biletelor a fost ușoară, dar nu mi-am putut accesa biletele din aplicația pe care m-ați pus să o descarc. Din fericire, accesarea lor din e-mailul de confirmare a fost simplă. Domnul de la relații cu clienții nu ar fi putut fi mai entuziast și mai util. Ghizii și șoferul au fost excepționali! Manevrarea acelui vehicul imens în jurul virajelor strânse a fost uimitoare pentru mine. Atât de bine făcut! Ghidul are informații, cunoștințe și energie excelente.

it would be nice to hear the narration even when the guide goes to the top of the bus. I wear hearing aids,, and would rather not have to take them out to put in headphones. If the speakes were loud enough evrywhere that would help.The tour guides are great people.

Ce fut très plaisant de pouvoir visiter la ville de Toronto de cette façon. Par contre, les explications des différents endroits en Français ne concordait pas avec les lieux. Ça n'arrivait pas lorsqu'on était devant l'endroit.

The experience was okay but the headphones in the lower section of bus had too much static so sometimes hard to make out the person speaking. The live person was very funny though so that was enjoyable.
