Avem probleme cu rezervarea, ieri am rezervat și la oprire șoferul nu a fost acolo, astăzi când am ajuns la loc aplicația ne-a spus să fim la 8:30 am și am fost acolo de la 8:00 am și nu a fost până când am avut wi-fi că am primit un mesaj care a spus că trebuia să fim la 7:30 am nu 8:30am cum spune aplicația. Am întrebat face o soluție și a fost nici o soluție, am întrebat pentru un refound sau o reprogramare și același răspuns, chiar și atunci când nu am primit informațiile corecte
