La audioguía no es nada intuitiva, no sigue los diferentes sitios que estás visitando. Al final tuvimos que apagarla. Respecto al monasterio sabía que aunque tengas la entrada tienes que hacer cola. Lo que no me parece lógico es que pagues por ver el monasterio, hagas 1,5-2h de cola para entrar, y para ver la iglesia que es gratuita tengas que volver a hacer 1h-1,5h de cola cuando saliendo del claustro tienes la puerta de la iglesia enfrente y ya has pagado y enseñado un ticket. La mayoría de la gente que entraba en el claustro estaba indignada.

Am fost foarte frustrați (încă o dată! ~ aceeași experiență la Quinta de Regaleira!!) că ghidul audio nu ar descărca!!! Acum am plătit în plus (cel puțin !) 14 euro (între cele două tururi) pentru NICIUN serviciu audio!!! Nu vom mai solicita (și nu vom mai plăti! ) ghiduri audio pentru nici un tur viitor. Din fericire, descărcarea a funcționat pentru Palatul Penal, dar am găsit SEVERAL inexactități. În retrospectivă, nu am fi achiziționat acel ghid audio. Ne-am gândit că mergând la obiectivele turistice directe pentru a achiziționa biletele noastre ar fi dus la o valoare mai bună.

Timp de așteptare foarte lung (aproape 2 ore) în ciuda sezonului scăzut. Experiență scurtă în mănăstire. Ghidul audio a fost rezervat și nu a fost furnizat la fața locului. Vă rugăm să returnați banii în exces pentru mine!

Atracția a fost frumoasă - am adăugat un tur audio, dar când am rezervat nu știam că trebuie să avem propriile noastre căști, ceea ce nu facem. Aș fi vrut să știu înainte de a ne rezervat

Nu am reușit să vedem Inima Înaltă. Ghidul nostru audio ne-a arătat mai întâi claustrul și apoi ne-a cerut să ne întoarcem pentru a vedea Inima Înaltă, ceea ce un agent de pază a refuzat să facă. Neplăcut, nici măcar nu și-a făcut timp să înțeleagă dorințele noastre! În afară de acest individ, restul echipei a fost plăcut. Ați putea fi mai specifici cu privire la faptul că nu puteți vizita biserica direct din mănăstire (ceea ce este păcat) și că trebuie să vă întoarceți afară și să stați din nou la coadă.

What's not allowed

You need an Android (version 5.0+) or iOS smartphone for the audio tour at the monastery. It won't work on Windows Phones, older iPhones/iPads/iPods.

Strict dress code: Please note that off-shoulder tops, dresses, and knee-high shorts are not recommended.

Keep in mind food & beverages and large bags or backpacks are not allowed on this experience.

Visitors are not allowed to take photographs in some parts of the monastery.

The lower level has wheelchair access though some sections are cobblestoned.

The Jerónimos Monastery remains closed on Monday, 1st January, Easter Sunday, 1st May, and 25th December.

The Monastery is closed between 9:30am and 1pm on October 24th and December 5th.

Please note that guests may have to wait in queue for a long time before entering the venue.
