What's not allowed

• Guests with large tattoos are not permitted to enter Japanese hot springs. However, if your tattoo is smaller than a palm and you have only one, you may cover it with a tattoo sticker.

Additional information

• Minors must be accompanied by an adult passenger throughout the journey.

• Due to the winter weather, it is not possible to go to Mount Fuji 5th Station. From Dec 1st to April 25th of the following year, go to Arakurayama Sengen Park instead of Mt.Fuji.

• You can get off at either Shinjuku Station or JR Tokyo Station

• The tour guide is holding a yellow flag with the 'Gogoday' logo at the meeting point. Also, there is a sticker of "Gogoday" on the vehicle.

• The itinerary may change due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, possibly shortening sightseeing times or canceling attractions. Avoid scheduling other activities or transportation immediately after the trip.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point.

• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.
