Am făcut rezervare pentru doi adulți, am avut doi copii, în vârstă de 3 ani, care au călătorit gratuit. Am așteptat la stația Oceanario de la 6:00 pm până la 7:15. Am verificat aplicația live și programul în mod repetat cu diferite ore de sosire. A trecut de la 10 minute la 3 minute, apoi am văzut un autobuz care a întrerupt traseul cu câteva străzi înainte de stația noastră și a dispărut din urmărirea live. Dintr-o dată, ora de sosire s-a transformat în "fără serviciu". A trebuit să apelăm la un serviciu privat de transport. Am luat autobuzul pentru că nu aveam scaune auto pentru copii pentru a merge în siguranță într-o mașină. A durat încă 30 de minute și 100 de euro. În plus față de așteptarea de mai bine de o oră pentru un autobuz, personalul dvs. a fost nepoliticos pe cele trei plimbări pe care le-am reușit pe autobuz. Vă rugăm să ne restituiți banii. The bus tour was fine. But for the aquarium, it was billed as skip the line and it was nothing of the sort. Still had toline up twice as teh paper you guys give still has to be redeemed at the aquarium. Very misleading and I was not happy.

There are no airco inside the busses. Also it would be better if the folder said described in a few sentences what was to be seen at each big stop, and the prices.
