I purchased a timed ticket from my concierge at the hotel Unfortunately the QR code did not work The manager was called over and led me back to the box office . He had to verify my purchase Eventually I was issued a paper ticket which I wanted in the first place as I am a senior and not used to codes computers iPhones etc. I then paid an additional fee for the 3:00 pm tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable but hard to hear as he was soft spoken and the earphones etc not a good quality. The museum was set up n a excellent manner and everything was well displayed an honor to those that loss their lives. Having lived in Far Rockaway knew families of police and firemen who lost their lives. Also knew one young man working in the corporate field and his wife and 3 beautiful children . The dad lost his life that day and this was a very excellent memorial to his him.

The Obseratory at One Workd Trade Center was very exciting and informative. It starts with the elevator ride where you see Lower Manhattan change through history right before your eyes with the video screens on three sides of the elevator car. The view from the observatory is quite breathtaking. Also, the staff give good tours and the presentation with the video screens is very informative and entertaining.

This was great! I visited Windows of the World many years ago and revisited it with first-timers. They loved it. I have a suggestion: when we stood in the holding area with the intro, I anticipated the panels turning around and opening up for the first glance - this would be a WOW for folks if possible.

The museum was amazing! The story of 9/11 was presented in an emotionally provoking and well executed timeline. The account of the day in history was incredibly well communicated and illustrated. We stayed for four hours and appreciated the time and care that went into every exhibit.

The museum was very detailed and even better with the descriptive audio. Its really sad to know more about 9/11 but the museum displays it so beautifully and shows respect for all the victims that were apart of it. Worth the tickets!

It was an amazing memorial to the tragedies of Sept 11....it was done in a respectful manner and made me proud of those who did so much to protect our country....Well done!
