The ensemble on stage consists of graduates from the Santa Cecilia Conservatory of Music who have performed all over the world with artists like Morricone and Oscar-winners such as Ritz Ortolani, Nico Piovani, and Luis Bakalov. The performance begins with a lively and energetic piece that showcases the technical virtuosity of the string quartet. This is followed by a dramatic aria sung by the tenor, a rendition of a composition by Puccini. The soprano then takes the stage, singing a lyrical and tender piece by Verdi that showcases their impressive range and control. The program includes both solo and ensemble pieces with the vocalists and string quartet playing off each other to create a dynamic and harmonious sound. As the show continues, listen to magnificent renditions of the most famous Neopolitan songs composed by legendary artists such as Vivaldi, Leoncavello, and Mascagni.
