Ne-a plăcut faptul că rața Quacker este singura care râde. Este atât de amuzant și ne-a făcut să râdem și să zâmbim foarte mult. În calitate de părinte al unui copil diagnosticat cu autism, doresc să subliniez preocupările legate de comportamentul unuia dintre membrii personalului dumneavoastră și lipsa de sensibilitate demonstrată în timpul vizitei noastre. Înainte de sosirea noastră, am achiziționat bilete electronice online. La intrarea în incintă, nu eram siguri care este punctul corect de intrare pentru biletele rezervate în prealabil și ne-am alăturat respectuos unei cozi la ghișeu. Un membru al personalului (o femeie staționată la poartă) asista un alt client în acel moment. Pentru a evita întreruperile, am așteptat răbdători peste 10 minute până când interacțiunea ei s-a încheiat. În acest timp, fiul meu, conștient că aveam deja bilete asigurate și dornic să intre, s-a apropiat de poartă. Membrul personalului, care fusese amabil cu oaspeții anteriori, și-a ridicat brusc vocea și l-a instruit să "se îndepărteze" de poartă. Deși fiul meu s-a conformat imediat, îndepărtându-se, ea a continuat să strige la el agresiv, cerându-i să se îndepărteze și mai mult. Tonul și comportamentul ei au fost nejustificat de ostile și profund dureroase, în special având în vedere starea fiului meu, care poate face ca confruntările bruște să fie copleșitoare.
