Nu am primit nicio confirmare de preluare, așa că am contactat Headout pentru a verifica aranjamentele de preluare și predare. După ce am fost asigurat că toate aranjamentele au fost puse în aplicare, am primit ulterior un e-mail pentru a anunța că întregul bilet (x2) a fost anulat, deoarece șoferul nu a fost avertizat din timp de locația noastră de preluare. Am informat locația noastră de preluare prin e-mail la Headout pe 20 ianuarie 2025 pentru un eveniment pe 27 februarie 2025 - astfel încât experiența mea este foarte rău ca nu au fost primite bilete și motivele par a fi inventate în cel mai bun caz sau ca urmare a incompetenței...
