Skydive Dubai: Tandem Skydiving at the Palm Drop Zone

What to bring

• Carry your passport or valid photo ID card on the day of your booking for identification purposes.

What's not allowed

• Children aged under 18 years are not allowed for this experience.

• You cannot assign your tickets to someone else.

Accessibility

• The experience is not best fit for for pregnant women, people with epilepsy, fits, severe head injury, recurrent blackouts or giddiness, disease of the brain or nervous system, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, dislocated shoulder or other limb(s), recurrent weakness, diabetes, mental illness, and drug or alcohol addiction.

• Women weighing more than 90kgs/198lbs, women with a BMI greater than 27.5, men weighing more than 100kgs/220lbs, and men with a BMI greater than 30 are restricted from participating in this experience.

Additional information

• The one-way transfer from the hotel to the drop zone is optional.

• The names of the guests booked for the skydiving experience must match the names on their passports. Any changes to the names after the booking has been processed will be charged at AED 300 per name and must be paid at the time of check-in.

• Wear comfortable and athletic clothes along with sneakers or sports shoes.

• The Skydive Dubai Tandem Waiver and Insurance Policy form are required to be filled out and signed by participants.

• Participants aged 70 years and above are required to fill out the Declaration of Fitness form and have it signed and stamped by their doctor before arrival.

• SkyDive Dubai staff will weigh you (with your shoes and clothes on) when you check in on the day of your skydive.

• The flight may not take place when the weather conditions are poor. If you feel unsure about the weather on the day of your experience, you can reach out on the details mentioned in your confirmation voucher to check your flight status.

• Restrictions exist for safety reasons, as such, no exceptions will be made.

• Flights are available seven days a week, with the option of sunrise or sunset timings.

• Depending on the availability, the final time slot of your flight could change by 60-90 mins from the time slot you have selected during checkout.

• If the venue cancels your Skydive experience due to operational reasons within less than 6 hours of your booked slot, you will not be eligible for a refund for the transfers.

• One-way premium transfer is available from the hotels within the following 3 zones: Zone 1 (Downtown, DIFC, Business Bay), Zone 2 (JBR, Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Barsha), and Zone 3 (Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Deira)

• From Jul 8 to Aug 31, Skydive Palm dropzone will open one hour later, with the first check-in at 6am. Bookings for 5:15am, 5:30am, and 5:45am have been rescheduled to 6am.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the attraction.

• Please arrive at the attraction 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
