Florence for luxe lovers

Guide knew his stuff, went at a just right pace. Worked out things with the bakery shop as there usual had not arrived, so we had to get nicer pastries, but at the lower price. He was a little late to start, but it was due to the rain, and he apologized. Very enthusiastic about the Duomo!

Enjoyed the vast knowledge of the guide although we had to really concentrate hard to understand her at times because of her accent.

Our tour guide Hillary (Hilaria) was an amazing guide, not only for her being a local Florencian but we also were fortunate to be the only couple that booked the tour. Therefore, it felt like a private tour! Nonetheless, she had tenacity, passion for her the the artist portrayal, and the enriched history of not only art it self, but the beautiful city of Florence. We left the tour enchanterd and wanting more!:) Thank you Hilaria ❤️

In spite of many negative reviews about Headout, their partner company Florencetown were excellent. Chiara, the guide was engaging and extremely knowledgeable, bringing the amazing works of art in this extraordinary building to life.

Visitare gli Uffizi con la guida è stato fondamentale per capire bene l'evoluzione dei temi trattati dai pittori a traverso il tempo. La nostra guida era molto preparata e gentile, ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande. Entrare negli Uffizi con lei è stato molto facile, niente coda. Lo consiglio senza dubbio.

Sarah, our guide was wonderful. It was just us on the tour and 1 other person so it was private and went at a great pace. She was easy to interact with and made the experience very enjoyable.

Our guide Francesca was terrific. Great personality, great knowledge and was flexible with the group. She sure new how to manage the crowd. Great tour and worthwhile museum
