It was easy to buy and I received my email with QR code soon after purchasing. You may need help from staff or anyone to find the kiosk/screen for scanning QR code, which gives you a physical ticket. We realized it's easier to just get 72hr pass since we are visiting many days. In comparison, if you use Suica, be aware that you need to maintain a minimum balance amount, or the entry/exit gate will not let you go through. Then you may have to stop to re-load your Suica card when you are in the middle of moving through the station. Exampke - Someone in my group had to use a physical Suica card since he had an Android phone purchased outside Japan (in the US). He didn't have a Japanese Android phone (purchased in Japan). So, it was much better for him to use the 24/48/72 pass instead of having to find the machine that re-loads physical Suica cards when his Suica card dropped below some limit (guessing 500 yen? We don't know the minimum amount.).

Onlineticket kann man ganz einfach am Automat gegen Papierticket wechseln. Beste Zeit ist kurz vor Sonnenuntergang. Die Sicht auf Tokio bei Nacht ist unbeschreiblich.

None of the above. I was very disappointed at the Tembo Deck, to have to listen to a music I did not want to hear, see all these images of a girl band. Why would I have to put up with these commercials when I paid extra money to be at the very top possible of the tower? Other than that, everything was great, and despite the fact that there were many people, everything went smoothly and quite fast, so you can be proud of your great organisation. But please, stop the loud music on the top level and the girl's photos. It's not necessary and actually kills the mood.

The tower views and the service. I the lift to get to the top is amazing, so fast and smooth. The glass ceiling is a little disappointing an md I absolutely hated that there was a love animal attraction on one of the lower floors. The animals looked stressed and uncared for and there's no need to have them in that situation

Tokyo Skytree

Go to the 4th floor of Tokyo Skytree, the tallest tower in the world, standing at 634 meters. The elevator will take you to the Tembo Deck at 350 meters in no time. You will get 360-degree views of Tokyo City from the circular deck with windows on all sides. Catch sight of the Sumida River, the Tokyo Dome, the Tokyo Tower, and even Mt. Fuji from here.

Do not forget to ride another elevator to the top of the Tembo Galleria at 450 meters for the experience of walking through the sky on this spiral, glass-covered, transparent walkway.   • A baggage check and metal detector screening are mandatory.
  • Guests with heart conditions are recommended to avoid this experience.
  • Service dogs are allowed.
  • Children aged below 6 can enter for free but must be accompanied by an adult.
  • For Tokyo Skytree, weekend ticket prices are higher than weekdays. Please be aware of the price difference.

  • Only two children can accompany a paying adult.
  • Redeem your e-voucher for physical tickets at any of the vending machines for passengers that are installed at major stations of the Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway.
  • Children aged below 6 can enter for free but must be accompanied by an adult.

  • For the Tembo Deck, the last admission is at 8 pm and for the Tembo Galleria, it is at 8.20 pm.

  • Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

  • Please display the same at each ticket redemption point along with a valid photo ID. Students must show a valid student ID.
