A avut o experiență foarte mare trekking Muntele Batur. Șoferul nostru, domnul Bagonk, a fost la timp pentru ridicarea noastră la 2 dimineața și a avut o conversație prietenoasă explicându-ne totul. Pe drumul de întoarcere, el ne-a dus la plantația de cafea și a fost o altă experiență bună.
Ghidul nostru treak a fost doamna Rini și, de asemenea, a făcut o treabă fantastică. A fost destul de răbdătoare să ne ducă în vârf pentru a vedea răsăritul. Ea ne-a ajutat și ne-a ghidat pentru a finaliza cu succes și în siguranță excursia.
Experiența generală a fost cu adevărat grozavă! Mulțumesc echipei yoy

It was such a fun and special experience getting up Mt Batur in a jeep. Weather was great and allowed us to see a really beautiful sunrise. Our guides Ridho and Dipa were so friendly, kind, protective, engaging and knowledgeable which adds to a truly amazing time. This was a great highlight on our Bali trip. Booking on Headout was easy and arrangement with pick up was quickly confirmed even though booking was only made the afternoon before.

My favourite part about the tour apart from the photo ops was the tour guide! Made Rai was a kind, fun and knowledgeable guide who answered all of our questions patiently and had wonderful anecdotes while he was at it. The tour can get tiring so bring along some snacks to keep your energy levels up!

We booked private day tour, which included a driver and English speaking guide to take the two of us to the Batik factory and showroom, Sterling silver manufacturing show room, the coffee plantation, lunch at the restaurant over looking the volcano (spectacular view) and finally onto the rice terraces.

Our driver/guide - Putri - was very nice and showed us around in a very friendly manner. She really took care of our comfort and convenience and would really recommend her to others too. She is a very good driver and very knowledgeable.
