Ghidul "Tudor" a fost minunat și avea atât de multe cunoștințe despre fiecare obiectiv vizitat.
De asemenea, am avut o problemă cu serviciul hop-on la hotel pe care nu am putut-o rezolva cu robotul de chat. Am sunat la asistență și am reușit să rezolvăm problema în 2 minute și am fost chiar aduși de la un hotel care nu era pe listă, dar pe drum. Servicii excelente!
Atracțiile în sine au fost, de asemenea, grozave (după cum puteți presupune că au fost complet invadate de turiști) și dacă sunteți interesat în castele, sat și unele informații de fundal despre istoria României --> recomandare mare.

The overall experience was very good,the only thing that I'd say,was that it wasn't easy to get our tickets,due to the building where we had to collect our tickets from was hidden,but that is a very minor issue,but overall very good experience👍

The building was magnificent and it was so interesting to hear of it's history.
However, we arrived nearly 40 minutes early and found it extremely difficult to find the right gate to enter. We couldn't find any clear signage. Other travellers might have similar challenges.

We had some trouble finding the meeting point .But the palace was enermous.I loved it but the fact that we seen only 3% of the building is crazy and i wana see more.The tour guide Cristian was great.

Ne-a plăcut turul privat al Bucureștiului. Laura și șoferul ei au fost foarte calzi și zâmbitori și ne-au învățat multe despre țara lor și despre istoria României.
Deoarece nu a fost posibil să vizităm Parlamentul pentru tururile individuale, am putut vizita în schimb casa lui Ceaucescu, care merită o vizită (taxă de intrare în plus).

The Bulgaria day tour was such a fun and exciting experience. I knew nothing about the country going into it, and our tour guide Carmen really brought it to life with the history and details of each site visited. She went above and beyond to ensure the group got the most out of the tour. The sites were beautiful and rich in history. Thank you Carmen!

Era la primera vez que visitábamos el castillo y nos encantó. La verdad es que esconde mucha historia del país. En cuanto al tour guiado es algo que recomiendo, ya que así según vas entrando a las diferentes salas te van contando la historia que sucedió allí.
En cuanto a la mujer que nos hizo el tour hablaba un castellano fantástico y realizó el tour de una manera muy amena. Además se preocupaba de que todos llegáramos bien, sobre todo mis abuelos que son algo mayores.
Como recomendación personal, si está nublado llevad paraguas porque hay zonas del castillo que estan al aire libre y te puedes mojar si llueve.

We enjoyed the explanations given by our guide, Ioana and the fact that she adapted well to explaining for our 9 year old daughters. She kept them engaged and interested and this made for a very good experience.
