This Grecian and Italian villa-style mansion is home to innumerable horror sightings and apparitions and is sure to keep you on edge as you silently tread the hallways, whispering so as to not wake any spirits. The Perkins and Sons Ship Chandlery is known to be the epicenter of the paranormal history of the town and is a testament to the once-booming port business in the area.
