Very interesting city first. Plus I liked the fact that I could take the two different lines. Both had very good guides

John - our guide - was fantastic! he had funny jokes and puns. Loves the city and had a great attitude. You could tell he was enthusiastic and genuine which made all the difference in the world. Thank you!

The young lady narrator on the second bus was very good and had a working audio system.
The first narrator, an older women, had an audio system that was not working properly. She was also confusing as she was having a problem with knowing left from right. She corrected herself but had us confused as to what side she was referencing.
Ticketing was unclear as I was directed to an agent a block away.
