Important Information

Universal Studios Singapore Entry Tickets

• Facilities: Wheelchair Accessibility, Locker, Prayer Room, Pram/Stoller Accessibility.

• Passes are valid only on the day specified and cannot be used at any other time.

• It's recommended to wear light and comfortable clothes along with comfortable footwear.

• Bring along your umbrella if you are visiting between Sept to Feb and an extra pair of clothes since there are a few water rides in the park.

Universal Studio Singapore

• Park hours will be extended to 8pm on March 3, 9, 16, 23, 30, April 6, 13, 21, 28, and May 4, 11, 19, and 25 for the Universal Star Power Parade at 7:30pm.

Gardens By the Bay Entry Tickets

• Visits to both conservatories must be completed on the same day. Re-entry is not allowed.

• The Gardens by the Bay app has a smart tracing feature that allows visitors to buy and scan their tickets to Flower Dome and get real-time updates on crowd levels in the Gardens.

• Conservatories close once a month for maintenance. Please check the closure dates prior to your visit.

• Please be aware that closure dates apply to all attractions, and you can check the latest dates here.
