in my case : write via whatsapp with the team, download the app, register with my personal data and send the registration mail back to the team. For me it's not that big problem, but i think older people will get a problem with that for sure.

Easy to use the artecard and we had a wonderful visit to Pompei. Spent the whole day there and parked our car at the nearby europark which was good value. Pompei was everything we thought it would be and will visit again if we come to this area

Aktivieren war gut. Bei Nutzung benötigte ich stets Internet zum einloggen, alle 5 Minuten schmiess mich das System raus. In der U-Bahn war keine Verbindung. Museen waren nicht alle inkl. So dass ich per Zufall die 3 Museen Guthaben verbrachte. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel war ja inkl. Allerdings konnte ich in den U-Bahnen nicht unmittelbar reingehen, ich musste jedes mal bei einem Mitarbeiter mich melden und er liess mich (aus Mitleid) ein. Verbesserung Bedürfniss ist da
