Tiger Park ne-a spus să solicităm agentului de rezervări să ramburseze o mare parte din bilete. Tiger park a spus că vă va trimite o notificare, deoarece au proceduri foarte rigide la Tiger park și vă va trimite o fotografie a biletelor rambursate. Am scris mai multe e-mailuri către Headout, care au primit răspunsuri nerezonabile, susținând că nu puteți rambursa partea din biletele noastre. Foarte neprofesional
