The voucher/ticket exchange process was relatively efficient but a little bemusing. The meeting point location was easy to find and the staff member there was very pleasant. The bemusing part was the looking up and then handing over to a "friend" at the door. I had expected that the QR code sent to me was enough to enter directly. All good, the Patheon was great to see.

A magnificent place, a must-see, we went in the morning at 10am, I'd advise you to visit between 9am and 11am, as it was too crowded after that, so we took a queue-cutting ticket,

I thought this was a guided tour. All the "guide" did was give the ticket and escort me to the front door. I could have done that on my own.

Very well organized on time and professional. Highly recommend this company for tours. The tour of the Forum and the Palatine Hill was incredible (my personal favourite was the Palatine Hill), every corner you turn is.... I can't even describe it -- it's beyond words, you have to see it for yourself. Such an incredible experience.

The visit was good, I miss an audio guide to accompany the visit but it was good. To find the guys who have to give you the tickets they looked for us. They had no identification sign and the area where we were staying was under construction so the location was not quite correct. When they saw us lost they asked us if we had tickets for the Pantheon and at first we thought they were the guys who want to sell you resale tickets or so .... Anyway. That needs to be improved, it is a small detail but it facilitates the collection.
