It was very frantic and stressful the get the attendant to see the ref number in the ticket he didn't know what to look for in your email even though I gave him everything I had the qr code your email should the email in the app and etc..., in the end I found the ref number for him! But unnecessary stress

We didn't have any problems finding space, and the shuttle service is very frequent. The stop near Castel Sab'Angelo is very accessible.

Good value for money. On arrival, it's not easy to find the bus. It would be good to tell people to take the T3. For the morning, first departure at 6.15am and then only at 9.00am. Nothing in between.

I didn't give the maximum score because there was very little information about where to find the airport buses. On the other hand, once we found it, no worries, everything went very smoothly. Arrived as planned at the termini station, I recommend it.

Nothing to say Arrived much earlier than expected, and was immediately taken care of without waiting for the reserved time. Only small concern, for people who don't know ITALY and it's their first trip, the TERMINI stop and drop-off should actually be in the TERMINI station and not behind 2 streets from the main station to avoid the search and adaptation time...
