For access to the Royal Palace, Royal Park and English Gardens, this entrance is for you. This is also the mandatory entrance for ArteCard holders.

If you want to visit just the Royal Park and the English Gardens, use this entrance. This entrance is also reserved for those arriving on bicycles.
Closed: The Royal Palace is closed on Tuesdays, January 1 and December 25.
The Court Theatre: Saturday and Sunday: 10am - 1pm (Last Entry 12:45pm)
Note: Closed on free entry days.
Palatine Chapel: 8:30am - 6:15pm; Last entrance: 6:10pm
Mass: Every Sunday, 12pm - 1pm

Leave bulky bags, suitcases and luggage inside the cloakroom located near the Piazza Carlo di Borbone entrance. Bags larger than 40 x 30 x 10 cm are not allowed inside the Royal Palace.
There are 4 toilets inside the Royal Park, two inside the Palace and one inside the Royal Apartments. The toilets are free to use.
The service is free and is available inside the museum and Palace.
You can take a shuttle round trip from the Royal Palace to the restaurant Diana and Atteone and back at a fee of €2.50. You can also rent Nolo Bici Reali bikes to explore the Royal Park. Hourly rates are €4 per for the classic ones and €6 for the electric ones. After three hours, the hourly rate is discounted by 50%.
The changing and nursing room is located inside the Royal Apartments.
An exclusive elevator for visitors with disabilities is available if you enter the Royal Palace via the Piazza Carlo di Borbone entrance.
Rent a golf cart or shuttle for convenience of travel to the Royal Park and English Garden. Round trip rates are €10.
