I loved the fact that the walkways were under cover To detract the heat and rain. The pandas were perfect . All the enclosures were superior to what I had seen in most countries . The fume river ride was So fun and only the ant eater was hiding . Well worth the journey . Just grab a taxi which takes You right to the entrance .xx

Amazon cruise was so good. A HUGE sign like "THIS WAY!!" at the entrance would have been helpful for us who enjoyed the whole route from opposit direction (i.e. from exit to entrance). We realized proper direction at the Panda restaurant...

I was with my family 3some. I did not book time slot after booking my tickets, which was full that day. Just when we thought we have to come back another day, a lady staff was so nice to let us in after taking picture of our time slots for the next day. She made our day! 😃

Headout stafff responded to my questions promptly. If the time slots for the tram ride can be more ecplicit before customers buy the ticket, it will be more helpful for them to make suitable decisions for individual needs. The website now is only for making payment first. The available time slots came after the payment was completed. For a tourist with time constraints, the system can be improved by listing available time slots before the customer decides whether to buy the ticket or not. I found the available time slots were too late for me, and the payment was not refundable. Facing such a situation, I needed the staff to let me know whether it was allowed for me to go to the zoo earlier even I had to wait onsite for taking the tram ride. It was kind of frustrating to bear worrisome along the excitement to visit the zoo! I do appreciate your help and hope this feedback can Be helpful to improve the system issue. Thank you

We enjoyed a full day visiting the various areas of the zoo and the Night Safari was well worth doing. The redeeming of the tickets was confusing. We didn't know we had to download everything when we attended the Night Safari which caused problems when we went to the zoo the next day as the system kept saying that the tickets had expired. Thankfully the staff at the zoo were on hand and really helpful

Best Zoo I have ever been to. Singapore Zoos have many, many animals. There are lots of amazing opportunities to have encounters with many of the animals.. Animal enclosureappear to be very natural and stimulating for the animals. Each zoo has a different take on presenting the animals. I would recommend them all.

I would highly recommend the Rainforest Lumina, it is something different and its something that kids would really enjoy.
