- The last admission to the Schonbrunn Palace is around 45 minutes before closing hours.
- The Schonbrunn Palace Park opens at 6:30 am. You can enter the park free of charge during opening hours.
- The Privy Garden, the Schonbrunn Maze, and the Gloriette viewing terrace opens at 9:30 am.
There is paid parking available right outside the palace and costs 4 Euros per hour. And for people with special needs, there are three parking spaces at the main gate.
10 electric car stations are available at Schönbrunn Palace.
Inside the palace you can find the toilets near the ticket desk, inside the Children's museum and on the first floor.
Video and audio guides are also available at the palace on request. Alternatively, you can pre-book your guided tour for a seamless experience.
Lockers are available inside the palace to deposit rucksacks/daypacks, briefcases or other unwieldy objects.
Wheelchair are available on demand and are free of charge. You'll have to deposit your ID at the ticket desk.
