The tour was great and our tour guide Alessandra was fantastic, she is very knowledgeable and friendly. She explain very well all the history about the schonbrunn Palace and Maria Teresa. Even though it rained a lot we had the opportunity to see the gardens. It is really worthy to do the tour.

The guide was great. He spoke clear English and was very nice and helpful with a few people who arrived late. It was easy to find the meeting point and communication was good with the earphones.

Our guide in Schönbrunn castle was the best! He was commited to his work and it was obvious that he loves his job. He told us about the castle, the history with a smile and in an english that we call could understand. No rush and he was ready for any questions, but that wasn't necessary because he told us everything we needed to know about the rooms and the castle. Always with a smile and I a lot of tourists will have the pleassure to have him as their guide this summer.
