S.E.A. Aquarium + Dolphin Island Tickets

• 4 packages, 4 exciting ways to get to know Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins better. You decide how close you want to get to them, and how you interact.

• Dolphin Intro gives you a guided tour with Marine Mammal Specialists to observe dolphins, and in Dolphin Encounter, pet and feed them.

• Dolphin Discovery gets you waist deep in the water with the dolphins, while Dolphin Observer lets you keep your distance, watch and learn.

• Fun fact: Dolphins have names for each other! They have unique whistles to call each other out.

These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

What's not allowed

• The following items are not allowed in Dolphin Island: handphones, wallets, jewellery, and other accessories. Small lockers are provided.

• Strictly no outside food or beverages permitted.

• No photography and videography. Official photographers are provided during the program.

Accessibility

• Most S.E.A. Aquarium areas are accessible by wheelchair. Ocean Dome can be accessed by the lift located along the back of the Ocean Gallery.

• The back-of-house area is not accessible for those using wheelchairs, prams/strollers or crutches.

Additional information

• The S.E.A Aquarium will be closed on September 3, 2024 and on every Tuesday and Wednesday from September 9 to November 20, 2024.

• The S.E.A. Aquarium will close earlier than usual on Sep 9, 2024, at 2pm due to a private event.

• The Dolphin Observer program is exclusively reserved for guests with friends & family participating in the Dolphin Discovery or Encounter Programs.

• For Dolphin Discovery, children must be 4 years old to participate and if below the height of 110cm must be carried by an adult a paying adult participant during the interaction. (children in the arms of an adult will be kept at 1 child to 1 adult).

• Children below 12 years old must be accompanied in the water by a paying adult participant. (maximum accompanying ratio is 3 children to 1 adult.).

• A parent or guardian (21 years old and above) must be present to authorize the participation of those below the age of 21 years old.

• To ensure an enjoyable experience, the group size will be kept small. Guests who come in a large group may be split into separate groups.

• Park operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.

• All programs depend on weather and are subject to change.
