In general the purchase process and information was great. The problem came when I presented the QR tickets to enter the venue. The staff told me that they were not valid and to proceed to return them and buy them again there. After talking to you and you passed me the QR again, I insisted to the staff at the entrance to pass it again. They just took a picture of my tickets with a cell phone and let us through. I don't know how to explain it, but they put a lot of problems the first time and we thought they were not going to let us in.

It was so easy to purchase and was a bit less than the normal admission price at Lotte Tower. I literally purchased the tickets while standing in line to buy tickets at the window and they were delivered so quickly that I stepped out of line and went directly in. It could not have been easier than that. We had a great time at Lotte Tower and the views were amazing! Thanks Headout!

The tower has a great view, especially at sunset! Only the queue with the previously purchased ticket - headout can't do anything about that - was very long, about 1.5 hours.

Super great price, all 3 things done. Lotte Word is just great to have experienced once. Queuing for a rollercoaster ride for 1.5 hours is insane but the atmosphere is just great. Aquarium doesn't take 1.5 hours and Tower 1 hour.

Exciting night view of Seoul from the top. A truly privileged point vi view, plus both the ascent and descent are a unique experience. There is quite a queue, fortunately it is disposed of in a short time.

Face-to-face with the sky, you'll forget everything for a moment. Don't worry though. You'll remember this sky-high feeling right from when you exit to forever.

You'll be able to enter Lotte World directly upon your arrival with these tickets. However, since they do not guarantee a reservation for a timeslot, you might have to wait in line for the elevator.
On Korean public holidays or special occasions, the queues may run long. In this case, the staff may not issue physical tickets on-site. Please contact us to amend the ticket or get a full refund.
A safety check will be conducted at the entrance.
There will be no refund in case of closure of facilities.
Depending on the number of visitors, the operation of the Sky Deck, Sky Terrace, and Photo Zone, might change without notice for safety reasons.
The Sky Terrace might be closed if:
Weather warnings have been issued (heavy rain, strong winds, yellow/fine dust, etc.)
Heavy rainfall of 5mm or more per hour
The difference between indoor-outdoor temperatures is 20°C or greater.
