Booking through the service is effective and very easy to manage without printing sheets. The visit is worth it for the beauty of the cathedral and the Giralda tower

No issues at all with Headout, ticket purchase and redemption at location. The Alcazar itself was very interesting to walk through. The descriptions of the rooms and outside courtyard with the Peacocks was great. Normal crowd size but able to move about. Overall, good, just not as great as the Cathedral (see other review). Only downside were the aggressive "tour guides" while waiting in line trying to "sell you" a guided tour. Annoying.

It wouldn't hurt to let them know that the last shift (4:30 am) pays the same but has only an hour and a quarter to visit. That's too bad.

The convenience of online ticket sales. Friendly staff . Finding the exit after walking through the beautiful gardens is complicated. Common complaint from several visitors. Please provide route description in the gardens

The walking tours and guided tour of the Fine Arts Museum will all be conducted in English.
A 24-hour ticket is valid for 24 hours starting from first use. For example, if you begin at 1 PM today, your ticket will be valid till 1pm the following day.

Alcazar of Seville

Bring along your ID card or an original document. Online documents, photocopies or images of your ID will not be accepted by the venue.
Skip-the-line tickets allow you to skip the checkout lines. However, please expect a longer waiting time at the entrance.
Guide dogs allowed in this experience.
