The place is magnificent. It's a fabulous place that's a must-see if you're traveling to the magnificent city of Seville. Apart from the visit, however, I was disappointed with your service. I ordered 2 adult tickets and one student ticket and we followed the instructions on the site to get to the entrance, but the price we paid on your site did not correspond to the amount of the tickets we ordered. To this day, no explanation.

It was easy and quick to purchase the tickets and reasonable price. Had to call up as after I had ourchased tickets for an hours time I got message saying up to two hours for processing🤷‍♂️. But I called the number and the tickets were processed immediately so excellent service. Will use again

The palace, cathedral and bell tower are wonderful and beautifully kept. Since we did not have the guide in person, we followed the audio guide (for the Alcazar) and the illustrated panels in the cathedral. Both options are comprehensive and user-friendly, so suitable for everyone.

The package of the proposed 2 included activities is really affordable and SUPER RECOMMENDED. There were 4 of us and we purchased it the same morning, so we were able to find tickets giving us the opportunity to see some magnificent things at reasonable prices and without standing in line. We did the activities at the end of January so maybe in the off season. In any case really recommended. The cathedral and Giralda tower take about 2 hours to visit. The Royal Palace of Alcaraz has a free audio guide (by scanning a QRcode) that you can use with your smartphone; to visit it at your leisure and appreciate every detail takes about a morning. The history of the Palace is very fascinating, the real that around it is full of magic. One of my most favorite things about Seville.

Alcázar of Seville

A visit to the Alcázar of Seville transports you back in time, immersing you in centuries of rich history, stunning architecture, and vibrant culture that exudes from every corner of its palaces and gardens. Although these palaces are some of the most revered and the oldest in Europe, recently it has become popular for being a shoot location for the famous TV show, Game of Thrones. During your tour through the countless courtyards and halls, you'll get to witness the beautiful confluence of Christian and Islamic architecture in the lobed arches and stained glass windows.

Then, climb down the palace grounds to discover a unique museum, an excavation site that offers a sneak into what life looked like centuries ago. What's more? These tickets also give you access to the Triana Ceramic Museum, the perfect segue into traditional tile-making and dying processes.

The Seville Cathedral is a grand example of the Christian Faith that receives countless believers every day. According to the Alcázar of Seville regulations, each guest must carry their personal ID or original physical document. Online documents, photocopies, or images of your ID will not be accepted by the venue.

What's not allowed

It is prohibited to touch or tarnish any artistic representation, pillars, and works of art.
Guests under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Keep in mind trolleys, suitcases, sharp metallic tools or objects, drones, selfie sticks, food & beverages, ammunition and prohibited substances are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!
Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography, tripods, monopods, and any type of commercial photography or filming without express authorization from the Board of Trustees is a no-go inside the venue.
Re-entry is not possible.

For your safety, security screening is a must. Please be ready for longer wait times during peak season.
