The guide was excellent , one thing didn't actually say when booking that there was a break of 2.5 hrs between two tours which may be a problem for some people. Really worth it . Thanks

A combo guided tour on February 13, 2025 at 1:00 pm of Seville's Alcazar + Cathedral + Giralda in French by a very pleasant and friendly guide. She knows her subject very well and was an excellent guide in every respect. We were only 3 people for the Cathedral and 5 for the Alcazar, which was a real plus. Thank you

We had booked the Cathedral, Giralda, Alcazar tour. I didn't seem to read that there would be a break one orina part including Cathedral and Giralda, and then after a break The Alcazar. I don't know if this is always how the experience unfolds; all the more reason you should write it clearly. Those who do tourism sometimes have tight schedules; to find yourself with an experience that ended at 2 p.m. at the latest and instead ends at 4:15 p.m. can be a problem. I chose you because of that product I put on a specific schedule, albeit unintentionally, you generated a problem for me. Reluctantly I had to point it out because it is not nice that you manage the product you sell, over the heads of the people who buy. That said, the two guides turned out to be very friendly, precise, knowledgeable. So satisfactory experience, you need to improve either in communication or management.

Alcázar of Seville

Visit the Alcázar of Seville, a palace that was once home to the Spanish ruler Alfonso X of Castille and his son, Peter of Castille. Step through the Lion's Gate and make your way to its lush green gardens. Pass by iconic places such as the Courtyard of Maidens and the Hall of Ambassadors, and marvel at the historical artworks including “The Virgin of the Navigators” and “Azulejo” that are kept on display inside the palace.

Seville Cathedral

Explore the Seville Cathedral, a 16th-century Gothic church and the burial site for Peter of Castille. Inside the cathedral, numerous chapels house religious artifacts and artworks, including the tomb of Christopher Columbus. However, more than the architecture it is the La Giralda that brings tourists to this church. This bell tower, once a minaret during Islamic rule, showcases a fascinating blend of Moorish and Renaissance architectural styles. At its summit, visitors can marvel at the iconic bronze weathervane known as the ""Giraldillo,"" symbolizing faith and triumph.

Alcázar of Seville

According to the Alcázar of Seville regulations, each guest must carry their personal ID or original physical document. Online documents, photocopies, or images of your ID will not be accepted by the venue.

What's not allowed

It is prohibited to touch or tarnish any artistic representation, pillars, and works of art.
Guests under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Alcázar of Seville

Keep in mind trolleys, suitcases, sharp metallic tools or objects, drones, selfie sticks, food & beverages, ammunition and prohibited substances are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!
Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography, tripods, monopods, and any type of commercial photography or filming without express authorization from the Board of Trustees is a no-go inside the venue.
Re-entry is not possible.

Strict dress code: Guests must wear clothing that covers the shoulders and knees, and remove your hat inside the premises.
