Alcázar of Seville

• According to the Alcázar of Seville regulations, each guest must carry their personal ID or original physical document. Online documents, photocopies, or images of your ID will not be accepted by the venue.

What's not allowed

• It is prohibited to touch or tarnish any artistic representation, pillars, and works of art.

• Guests under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Alcázar of Seville

• Keep in mind trolleys, suitcases, sharp metallic tools or objects, drones, selfie sticks, food & beverages, ammunition and prohibited substances are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography, tripods, monopods, and any type of commercial photography or filming without express authorization from the Board of Trustees is a no-go inside the venue.

• Re-entry is not possible.

• Strict dress code: Guests must wear clothing that covers the shoulders and knees, and remove your hat inside the premises.

• Your guide dogs therapy/assistance animals with medically-issued certificates are welcome at the venue.

• This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

• Ramps and elevators are available at the venue for easy access.

Seville Cathedral

• There is free service for guests with reduced mobility.

• The tower of La Giralda is not accessible by wheelchair.

• This guided tour visits the Cathedral of Seville, La Giralda, and Alcázar of Seville. Note that the order of visits may vary.

• A break is planned between the Alcázar and Seville Cathedral visits. Before you part ways, check with your guide about the exact meeting point to ensure an easy regrouping.

• The cathedral will be closed off to visitors from Dec 4 to Dec 7, 2024 due to a congress. The tour of the cathedral will be restricted to the Eastern third of the church where a temporary exhibition called "Fons Pietatis" will be taking place. The rest of the building, the main chapel, and the Columbus Tomb will also be closed off.

• If your selected timeslot is unavailable, you will be assigned the next one. Entry is scheduled at 30-minute intervals.
