I didn't give the maximum score because there was very little information about where to find the airport buses. On the other hand, once we found it, no worries, everything went very smoothly. Arrived as planned at the termini station, I recommend it.

Nothing to say Arrived much earlier than expected, and was immediately taken care of without waiting for the reserved time. Only small concern, for people who don't know ITALY and it's their first trip, the TERMINI stop and drop-off should actually be in the TERMINI station and not behind 2 streets from the main station to avoid the search and adaptation time... Buon pomeriggio, avevo comprato online il biglietto per un orario preciso ma, essendo arrivata prima a Roma, ho chiesto se potevo comunque prendere lo shuttle bus della corsa precedente e mi è stato accordato con gentilezza e cortesia. Li ringrazio ampiamente per avermi fatto risparmiare ore di attesa.

Lo único que tiene pega es que el Sit bus Shuttle no sigue el horario estipulado. A las 16:30 tenía que salir un bus, no estaba en la parada. Esperamos al siguiente que tenía que salir a las 17:30, este llegó pero no salió a esa hora, salió a las 18:30. Por esa razón tuve problemas en el alojamiento que tenía reservado. Por poco me quedo sin poder hospedarme .

It's a direct route... but I took a ticket with stops that the distributor doesn't mention. Unclear, and no one to point you in the right direction! The friendly train staff made me pay the difference. Direct access to the airport takes about 30 min. It's the fastest and the (cheapest) 14 Euros. The train is fine, and there's plenty of room for luggage.

A trip on the Leonardo Express is highly recommended. There is nothing more comfortable. We had a direct comparison. On the outward journey by bus from the airport to Termini station through Rome. In addition, 30 minutes waiting time despite having switched in advance. We didn't want to put up with that on the return journey Booked tickets for the Leonardo Express at short notice. Runs very punctually to the airport/terminal every 15 minutes. The departure time can still be changed on the day of the trip.
