I didnt getvthe QR code as part of tickets and then get not working QR code throw the chat, but it worked properly by booking code only.

I didn't give the maximum score because there was very little information about where to find the airport buses. On the other hand, once we found it, no worries, everything went very smoothly. Arrived as planned at the termini station, I recommend it.

Buon pomeriggio, avevo comprato online il biglietto per un orario preciso ma, essendo arrivata prima a Roma, ho chiesto se potevo comunque prendere lo shuttle bus della corsa precedente e mi è stato accordato con gentilezza e cortesia. Li ringrazio ampiamente per avermi fatto risparmiare ore di attesa.

Lo único que tiene pega es que el Sit bus Shuttle no sigue el horario estipulado. A las 16:30 tenía que salir un bus, no estaba en la parada. Esperamos al siguiente que tenía que salir a las 17:30, este llegó pero no salió a esa hora, salió a las 18:30. Por esa razón tuve problemas en el alojamiento que tenía reservado. Por poco me quedo sin poder hospedarme .

Easy from airport to downtown Rome Had estimated the time generously because of getting off and getting suitcases, in the end we were faster. You can easily adjust the time and take an earlier train. On the way back to the airport we will use this again!

It's a direct route... but I took a ticket with stops that the distributor doesn't mention. Unclear, and no one to point you in the right direction! The friendly train staff made me pay the difference. Direct access to the airport takes about 30 min. It's the fastest and the (cheapest) 14 Euros. The train is fine, and there's plenty of room for luggage.
