The service on board is super friendly and helpful. Although individual buildings are commented on during the journey, you also have some peace and quiet in between and can just look around. This makes the whole trip very relaxed.

We enjoyed this boat trip on the Danube canal. A major hiccup however was that the joining instructions were completely wrong (no boats running from there and ticket office closed!)! The boat leaves from schwedenplatz not handelskai. We therefore missed the 1pm boat trip but staff at DDSG were really helpful and got us onto the 2.30 boat trip. We had prebooked the lunch schnitzel option which was good (other food and drink available on board).Not quite the experience we expected but turned out well.

Very nice staff and nice ambience. What we personally were missing was music. A little music by Strauss would have made the trip even more perfect 🤩🤩🥂

The boat trip to Dürnstein was very nice! We were lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy the sun on the upper deck. What we liked less: The dinner that was offered in buffet form was stormed. Unfortunately, some guests had no manners and pushed their way to the 3rd - 4th meal, with the other guests lining up from the buffet to the other end of the dining deck. We lost our appetite at the sight!

We traveled on the Kaiserin Elisabeth and were very impressed. The grill buffet was also very good, unfortunately the quantity of some dishes was too small, although the ship was not fully booked. The crew on board, including the captain, were very competent and very friendly. The tour is highly recommended. Due to the prevailing heat, the planned fireworks display could not take place, but as an alternative all guests were offered free Prosecco.

Food from the buffet was plentiful and very good! The live music was great! Everything was well organized, would book this cruise again.

Nice atmosphere. In bad weather, however, I imagine it to be rather unpleasant. So it was a relaxed evening ride in good company.

We had a very nice evening on the ship, the food was very good and plentiful. There was a good selection of drinks and the prices were not overpriced. The service staff were very friendly and took good care of everyone. You could tell that the musicians were passionate about Viennese songs, they showed a lot of knowledge and joy in their performances and interacted with the audience in a friendly way. The best part was enjoying part of the evening on deck in the open air. The English-language offer could be improved: the service staff spoke good English, but a few English words from the captain and musicians would certainly be nice, as I observed that half of the visitors were not German-speaking, so they would certainly feel more welcome.
