The bus tour itself was fine however the river cruise we paid extra for was a complete rip off ! We did as told and went to the stop 8 on the bus tour - then look around for no signage to the area with all the boats down by the river (no signage etc to guide you). We then eventually found the bout tour company we were meant to be using (DDSG) again no clear signage that it was associated with big bus tours ! We then stood there for 30 mins waiting to see if the tour was going ahead as told (4pm everyday). It then got to 4:30 and still no one had bothered to come and talk to us so we assumed the tour we had paid for and planned our entire day around wasn't going ahead. Disappointed, annoyed and upset to say the least Definitely won't be using yourselves again
