Brilliant no fuss! Even though I'd booked it for a day earlier but couldn't make it due to illness you still honoured our tickets and beer unlike GetYourGuide who treated us terribly last year! Will book with you again due to your excellent service! Thankyou!

We booked the complementary beer but i had to ask 4 people before i figured out how to receive it. No one at ticketing actively offered it, nor is it anywhere mentionned, where to getbit. Had i not insisted we wouldnt have received it.

The views were good but the cable car gondala windows were covered in Hello Kitty images which made it difficult to see out properly. We were disappointed not to get a clearer view when up so high.

The booking process was easy and smooth. One issue which i faced was: I booked 3 adult tickets for wife, son and myself with a drink/refreshments option. At the counter, they provided only the beer option which my son and wife doesn't drink. At time of booking it should be clear that which drink will be provided or option should be given to customer. Otherwise, all other things went smooth without any hassle.

Smoking is prohibited inside the cable car.

This experience is accessible by wheelchairs and pram/strollers.
Guests using wheelchairs can alight at any cable car station, where lifts are provided for your convenience.

Additional information

The capacity for each cable car cabin is limited to 8 guests.
Cable Car Sky Pass, Mount Faber Line, and Faber Licence ticket holders can upgrade one-way of their round trip to a SkyOrb Cabin for $15 at Mount Faber counters or online.
